Adding item in sales quotation product name is not displayed immediately

HI Team,

When adding itemnumber for sales quotation product name is not reflecting immediately, it will be displayed only after we save the line. It is standard ax 2012 feature. Please help me why it is reflecting when it is saving only any reasong for it or if it is ax 2012 Microsoft bug let me know where can i add the code.

sales and marketing--->common---> all quotations--> edit any quotation and add lene with item

Hi Srikanth,

In my test, product name will be reflected once the item number is selected.

Does this happen all the time or occasionally?

If this doesn't happen all the time, you can try to improve AOS server performance.
