Hi Experts,
As Microsoft recently separated license for Finance and Supply chain management. Can any one tell HR will come under which license or will it have separate license ? [not talent], we may use the employee in many places like work flows etc..

D365 Talent will be rebranded as D365 Human Resources. It is and will be a separate system from D355 Fimance/SCM. I don't think that the simple HR features within D365 Finance/SCM would be separated to require a separate license since there is already a separate product and license for D365 HR.

I have gone through below link of MS docs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/ under finance, HR and US payroll modules are described, does it mean that if we take license for D365 finance will give us the feature of all those modules under finance?
Yes. I also suggest you to check the latest Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide (updated in December 2019, can be found via web search), and ask your local MS representative if you have licensing questions.
As workers /employees are used most of the places for example worker responsible on sales order , Journal approval functionalities what you are asking(HR module) should be present under your license.

Both Finance and SCM have the license of HCM manager according to the description of licensing guide: go.microsoft.com/.../
Note that the Payroll administrator and payroll manager roles (US payroll) are part of Talent. These roles are not listed under the Finance SKU.
