Once new project is create, automatically task should be created with predefined task and timelines.
How can i create the same OR can i copy a predefined task to the new project from earlier project with timelines.

According to the scenario you mentioned regarding creating tasks and timelines from the previous project and copying them into the new one.
We already have an OOB(Out-of-the-box) feature in which we get a button "Copy Project" on the Project form ribbon.
After clicking this button, each and every project task with the estimation and timeline will be copied to a new project.
