Hello

I need to use a Lettering Code when lettering an invoice and a payment in supplier and customer accounting that allows you to view invoice, credit and settlement lettering from the Transactions, Customer and Supplier screen.

It works with capital letters for all types of lettering (partial or complete).

    Can you elaborate on this request and explain why a code needs to be printed on an invoice and payment and why it should be viewable on the invoice, credit and settlement transaction?

    What do you try to achieve exactly?

    Hello Dr,

    Thank you for your attention,

    The lettering code allows you to assign a letter or a combination of letters to an invoice and the corresponding payment.

    In the list of transactions for a customer or a supplier this code facilitates the consultation of the invoices and its payments.

    I am not familiar with such a requirement and standard functionality and suppose that it might require a system modification. Probably contact a AX consultant who is familiar with your country-specific requirements and who might be able to help you with that.
