Journeys - Use 'Activate a custom trigger' to start a new, different journey

I've been trying to find a solution using 'Activate a custom trigger' to send customers to a different journey. This should be an easy task to be honest, but I'm having problems getting it to work. I don't want or need to use Power Automate or add any code to any website. It's just a matter of sending customers from one journey to another when they hit a specific tile. Is there anyone out that can help? Example of journey below.

Take into consideration that we also have multiple brands with separate journeys. Each of these brands should ideally be using the same custom trigger and be sent to separate journeys. I would therefore need a solution where I can identify which journey the customer came from.

    Hi  SveinS,
    That should be very easy to accomplish in Realtime Marketing, even without PA flows.
    After you found out which on which tile you want the Lead/Contact to transition to another Journey, place your custom trigger at the end of that tile. Then use the same Trigger on the other Journey as starting trigger. That way you can ensure a simple transition to another Journey.
