My Navision Web was updated last week and I los all my shortcuts which includes my bank reconciliations, due/overdue purchases and sales.
Can you please help?

Hi, If your backup database is still there, you can try to use the following method to copy your User Personalization, but this is relatively troublesome, and I personally recommend that it is better to recreate it.

If it was shortcuts / personalisations you had done for your self then new version of the objects will clear them and you will have to create them again
