Error in Record entry point

Hi All

In my Test Environment i go to Security Development Tool and Clicking Start Recording it give me the Following Error but when i open any this in my Screen like All Production Orders it give me another SQL Database Error.

How can i Solve This Error ??

    I think you should do an database sync on your test server.

    Yes DB sync issue. Synchronize the data dictionary.
