Hi Team,

We are the SUPER User and the Global Administrator on this tenant. But we are unable to access these details. Please advise

    I would try to restart my BC environment following these instructions:

    bc365.co/.../

    If that does not help i would raise a support ticket with Microsoft through my CSP partner.

    Hi

    I had kind of similar issue before an it turns out it is related to one of the add on. As soon as I added the required table permission to my permissions.

    Hi, please confirm the following things.

    1.  Clear Company Name in User Card.

    2. Check whether the user has a BC license.

    3. If there are other Extensions in the environment, please add their permissions to the Permission Set.
