Full day appointment generates error

hi guys,

just upgraded 2013 to 2016 and everything went well apart of some full day appointments. I have a workflow who creates a full day appointment and this was working fine in 2013 but in 2016 throws an error - You must specify an end time that happens after start time. I can pass that if I click OK but is annoying for everyone to get the message every time they try to access the appointment

I'm collecting the meeting date and time in the workflow, image attached

Does anyone knows what changed in 2016 that triggers this error?

Hi Bobby

A quick fix for you

1) Create a new Date field on the Appointment (doesn't need to be on the form)

2) Have that field populated from the Opportunity

3) Have the WF Then use the following logic Start time = New_Datefield + 9 Hours / End Time = New_datefield + 17 hours (if this is your working hours)

4) Tick the All Day Event

Edit: You might be able to do it directly from the Opp as per below
