I attempt to export to a "static woksheet with records from this page"
Then click "export" and nothing happens except the dialog box closes:
I have checked I have correct permissions, other collegues have no problem, I have up-to-date Java and flash,
I have tried in both Internet Explorer and Outlook with no luck,

Are you on the same version of IE as your coworkers who can export without issue?
What 2011 Rollup are you on? Can you test in Chrome or Firefox?
