Message # 29293 missing - Project Accounting Billing

Hi there,

Could you advise why  error " Message #29293 missing " comes up and how to fix it? There are other error numbers that come up : #27974 etc.

I tried rebuilding DYNAMICS..MESSAGES but the most number of errors in the table comes to 19483.
