Dynamics 365 license

Hello all i have questions about the license in D365
 
-is it true that that maximum period for license is 3 years?
 
-and let say i bought three years license can i buy additional one year or i need the three years license to expire then i can buy the one year as a separate license?

    Hi,

    The licenses are based on subscriptions. You can make deals for a maximum number of years which is currently 3. After this period, you will need to renew your license. At that time it will be based on possible new SKUs and prices. You can contact a partner for more in-depth information.
