It is interesting that you would list us (I work for KingswaySoft) along with the other competitor, but only noting the price difference. When you look at a piece of software, there are many more important aspects that you should be looking at, not just the price tag. All other competitors on the market could barely offer 20% to 30% of the features that we provide, not to mention that most of them are still using a deprecated authentication or service endpoint for the connection.
Please keep in mind, we offer a free developer license. You could achieve many things with the free developer license. When things can be achieved through the free license, the price becomes irrelevant.
I agree with you, using a solution that has been used by thousands of clients is better than starting from scratch to write a custom data migration tool.
