When running the wizard to connect sharepoint to dynamics, i click online hit next and then it just sits and spins on a loading icon.

I tried in different browsers also.

I fallowed the steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Document Management, and then select Enable server-based SharePoint integration.

  2. In the Enable Server-based SharePoint Integration alert click Next.

  3. Choose Online for where your SharePoint sites are located, and then choose Next.

Please find the below image.

    Hi parnter,

Did you use Dynamics 365 online?

If so, please clear your browser caches and cookies and try again.

This should be due to network delay, please wait for a while.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

Please make sure you have system admin rights. Also, assuming that you have rights, try it when you are on LAN. We have seen slow network responses on WiFi.

Make sure you are also Global Administrator (not only Dynamics CRM administrator or SharePoint Administrator), actuall Globall Administrator with full permissions and not Custom Global Admin.

    Hi

Probably its then taking time to create a site. See if a Share Point already exists may be?

To see your SharePoint site collections, in the Microsoft 365 admin center, click Admin centers > SharePoint, and then click site collections.

    Regards

    Roma
