After upgrade to CRM 2011: SQL error 'QUOTED_IDENTIFIER'

Hi All.

After the upgrade to CRM 2011 + Rollup6  we get SQL error when qualifying a Lead:

"UPDATE failed because the following SET options have incorrect settings: 'QUOTED_IDENTIFIER'. Verify that SET options are correct for use with indexed views and/or indexes on computed columns and/or filtered indexes and/or query notifications and/or XML data type methods and/or spatial index operations."

Thanks a lot!

    Hello,

Is it possible that this issue is related to this article?

I realize that somewhere 'QUOTED_IDENTIFIER' option is not what expected by the Update statement.

But on what table? Looks like my old CRM 4 server has this option "False" on the Server level and all the tables, but CRM 2011 switched them all to True.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you.

I am not sure here...We have CRM 2011 Online...do you have the posibility of opening a support ticket with Microsoft?

I guess I'll open a ticket with MS.

    Oh, figured it out.

The offender was a custom trigger. I dropped it and the problem is gone.

Thanks again for trying to help!

In CRM 4.0 by default, It is set to FALSE in the ORG_MSCRM database settings but in CRM 2011 this is by default TRUE.

    Thanks,

    Mohammad
