AX Enterprise portal error log

Hi All,

In AX 2012 Environment, We are seeing below error related to EP Portal for every 1 or 2 mins in event viewer
AX version details below:
Application version - 6.3.6000.151
Kernel version - 6.3.6000.8149

Event viewer error below on source “Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Portal”.

“An unexpected error has occurred.


The period is not valid

Could someone provide any suggestions, on how to resolve this error.

    Hello Teja, I would open a support incident with Microsoft to determinate what is causing that error.

    Can you review the customizations if they can be related to this error?

    Hi Andre,

    Yes, we have customizations in the environment. And the error is coming at irregular intervals throughout the day.

    Hi Teja,

    Can you tell if you have customizations or a partner solution installed in your environment? Is the error coming 24 hours a day or only during business hours?
