Hide Appointment Activity View ribbon Mark Complete (Cancel) button

Hi Experts,
 
We can hide Appointment Activity View ribbon /Mark Complete/ button with condition by using Ribbon Workbench Enable Role. But if I want to hide the /Cancel/ in the popup window when click Mark Complete, as below screenshot, how can I do it? Thanks in advance
