Adding a 2nd printer to a register

Posted on by 60

Ive been trying to add a 2nd printer (windows printer) to my register. For some reason I cannot select either OPOS or Windows printer it seems to be disabled. Do i need to look elsewhere to change a setting to allow this ? or am I missing something obvious. I had this working ok before but due to a hard drive failure I have had to reinstall the current version of RMS

Make sure to select "Print automatically" or "Print only after asking cashier" before defining a Windows or OPOS driver. You'll also want to enable "Journal receipts from this printer" and select a template if you plan to reprint Printer 2 receipts from the journal.
