Error Number 1002 an error occurred during the transaction

Hi All,

We are getting "Error Number 1002 an error occurred during the transaction" error while performing transaction on POS machine.

The event viewer on POS shows below error.

Error1:

LSRetailPosis.POSProcess.POSApp: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'REPLICATIONCOUNTER', table 'dbo.RETAILTRANSACTIONDISCOUNTTRANS', column does not allow nulls, INSERT fails the statement terminited

Error2:

system.invalidOperationException: executescalar requires the command to have a transaction when the connection assigned to the command is in a pending local transaction. the transaction property of the command has not been initialized.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve above mentioned errors.
