Core HR - Create alerts (eg probation end date)

Hi,

Wondering if it is already possible to create an alert rule on, for example, probation period end date in Core HR. Eventually this alert would require a customization level where you can define who should be the receiver based on individual worker/ position/ ...

I have the same question, is this possible ? I want to create alerts when certain dates are due.

If the data you need exists in CDS, you should be able to use Flow to create some sort of alert. There is no alerts mechanism directly within Talent, currently.

Thanks for your reply! Based on the CDS data it is indeed possible to use FLOW to create alerts. Do you probably found a workaround for dynamic assignment of recipients of these alerts (eg using a general mailbox is one of them)?

Hi Bas - I haven't tried this for a while, but I would imagine you could use some kind of external data source (like a SharePoint list) to look up against to derive the recipient of a Flow alert based on criteria in the trigger. Maybe have a SharePoint list indicating which user or mailbox is notified based on the department, position type etc.
