I followed all the steps described in the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/configure-copilot-features.
But in the Copilot window I see the message "Your admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later." and already passed more than 24 hours.
Currently only the "Case summary" Copilot functionality works for me.
Also to set up Copilot I`m using a trial environment. Can it be the reason for this issue?
Maybe someone also faced this issue and can suggest what I missed?
I would be very grateful for any help or suggestion.
