Copilot setup problem: "Your admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later." message in Copilot

I followed all the steps described in the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/configure-copilot-features.

But in the Copilot window I see the message "Your admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later." and already passed more than 24 hours.

Currently only the "Case summary" Copilot functionality works for me.

Also to set up Copilot I`m using a trial environment. Can it be the reason for this issue?

Maybe someone also faced this issue and can suggest what I missed?

I would be very grateful for any help or suggestion.

    ON this particular scenario, you should open a Support Request to Microsoft to investigate the underlying cause and get an appropriate solution,.

    Having the same issue.  I haven't tried opening a ticket yet. Wondering if MS will help given it is in preview and according to the agreement they will not support it.

    I faced same issue.
    Only solution is wait for 48 Hours after enable . 
    I also recorded a video for same few weeks back , you may refer
