financial report issue

can any one please tell me " in my financial report of ax 4.0 previous year values are displaying as zero's where as current year values are displaying proper".pls reply anyone it is urgent for me

    Hi,

    You need to provide more information. Which report are you exaclty using? Are you using the date intervals? If so, please check within the setup if the appropriate dates are calculated.

    I would assume you are using the financial statement with own setup of rows and columns. In this case, please check the column setup if you enabled the option 'Closing balance'. If you have closed your previous year, the closing transactions might be the cause as well that the values are zero when this option is enabled.

    in transactions tab include closing is checked for both the current year and previous year,

    Hi,

    Please try to uncheck them and see if this solves your problem. Otherwise we have to investigate further options. But this is usually the cause.

    hi,

    but the thing is when i am going with duplicate company values are coming even  include closing is checked also,when i am trying with live company it is displaying zero's :(
