Hope you are doing well. For my part I have a very very strange intermittent situation happening in MS Dynamics SL 6.5.
We have customized code in the Invoice Print screen (BI.INV.00) that makes use of the Invoice Date field (cinvoice_date) to update the PJINVHDR.ih_id09 table field. Basically the invoice date field is used as a base to calculate an Invoice Due date that appears on our Invoice report. cinvoice_date is linked to PES.Today "table" field (i.e. the Solomon Business Date)
Today we had a user (User A) set their Business Date to a prior date in their SL instance and other users (Users B,C and D) in different instances of SL have their invoice due date show the same date as User A even though they had not changed their business date and that the cinvoice_date in Invoice Print screen showed today's date.
In short, one user's business date impacted other users' transactions even though these latter users' Business Date was set to the default of today's date. This problematic behaviour is intermittent.
How can one user's business date affect other users' transactions? Has anyone seen this before? How can we remedy this?
