Before a user can close the course, how do they fail one participant and pass the rest of the participants that were on the course?

    Hello Cecilia,

    The process in Talent is only based on the 'happy flow'. So all participants (with the status confirmed) will receive the skills, certificates and course updated to their record. This is not limited to some kind of logic (passing, attending, etc).

    The only way to make sure the skills are not copied, is to remove the participant from the participant list. 

    Might be a nice suggestion for the MS team to add to the learning experience!
