215Hello experts,
we are unable to receive our transfer orders properly using the POS. When we try to receive the transfer order in POS the following error message is shown:
When we then try to receive it from the backend this error message comes up:
When we follow the advise from the error message and tick the explode lines checkbox, the items can be received, but this cant be done when receiving from the POS so we would need a better solution.
Does anybody know where this behavior is coming from and how we can fix it to make it work with our POS?
