It seems that user's need user-level Share Activity privilege in order to create appointments. Do any of you know why this is required by the system? We don't want our users sharing activities, but we get the missing privilege error on create of appointments unless we give them Share Activity privilege. I need to be able to explain why it is required, but I am unable to find any information on this. Please let me know if you have some knowledge on this. Thank you!

Hi Suzy,
Were you able to get around this issue? We are facing the same issue, and will appreciate the inputs.

Hi,
I would suggest you to contact Microsoft. because the answer from the community might not true or lack of persuasion. So, get the answer from Microsoft would be more suitable since you are using CRM Online.
