Hi Fahad,

You can use the field level security (Tools>>Setup >>system>> Field level security) to disable the quantity field in the sales transaction entry window. In the Field level security, you can select the product as Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Sales>>Sales Transaction entry>> Scroll:Line_Scroll and in the right hand side select QTY. Click on OK. Select the security mode as Disable field and save it. Give access to the user and company for which this security must be applied.

Hi Fahad,

Use Field-Level security. This is how you can leave the window available, but disable - hide - password protect, etc. individual fields.
