Reject Approval - Comments

You can add comments when you reject an approval request (purchase invoice/purchase order).  However, these comments do not appear in the rejection email notification nor can they be viewed on the PO/purchase invoice screen.  Sorta defeats the idea of having comments.

How can these comments be accessed?

Can the rejection email be modified to include the comments?
