I have a 2010 version of microsoft dynamics gp 2010.,can't get any p/w to open program. Computer crashed and has issues. Need to get into program to do backup and restore to another machine. Need financial data.,need expert to assist.

As Mariano already replied, Dynamics GP user forums are not place to look for emergency help... the people that do reply here are doing this on a voluntary basis in their free time.. don't expect to get a fast or quick answer if you're in a rush situation.. even more over the week-end.
In such cases you're better to call your partner, or if you don't have one, open a support call with Microsoft's GP hotline.
If you can't get around this and it's an urgent matter, you'll have to look for some experts to help you out directly (which of course is not free). Drop me a DM if you still need assistance.

First and foremost, putting your title in CAPS is not going to get your problem resolved any faster. Second, if this is a true emergency causing business disruption, you should probably open a support case with Microsoft.
With that said, which computer crashed (client/server)? If the server crashed, you will need to follow the guidelines in KB article 878449 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/878449 to restore the databases to a different server.
If a client machine crashed, the best way to get the application on another machine is by using the installer.
