Opportunity Command Bar Not Functional

The command bar for the opportunity is no longer functional when inside an opportunity. I can perform commands from the list view, however now from with the record itself. I am not a developer, so I have done nothing with the SDK. I have tried both Chrome & IE - same results. I have cleared cache, etc. I have not used Ribbon Workbench. Does anyone have other suggestions for me to troubleshoot? All other entities seem to be working fine.

Thank you! Since the command bar doesn't do anything when I click on it, it is difficult to show that nothing happens:

Hi,

Do you have any custom JS that associate to this button ? if No, raise a ticket to Microsoft support asap, else I would suggest you to debug the JS.

There isn't any JS associated with the form other than what came with the OOB functionality. I opened a ticket. Thank you for trying. : )
