Ok so, for purchase order entry and in sales transaction entry I am having issues with the "E-Mail Detail Entry" button.
Whenever I click on the button a popup comes up that says "You don't have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance."
For clarity. E-mail is set up. I can click on the send document button and it will send an email to the specified address in the card. I have searched online and can find no clear answer to this. Nothing talks about the security options for e-mail itself.
The problem is that nobody in the company knows what to do to give me or anyone else authorization to use the e-mail detail entry screen. Any help will be extremely appreciated. The GP guy for the company recently died (not joking) and he has not been replaced yet.
Please help.
