I am having an issue withy ALL my EFT deposit numbers make it into banking with the same deposit number. This is only happening in my receivables module, AP is working fine. Can someone tell me what is wrong in my setup? I have looked everywhere and cannot find where the deposit numbers are being assigned at. Thanks

You can see the next Deposit Number in Checkbook Maintenance window (Cards-->Financial-->Checkbook). This "next deposit number" is automatically fill in the bank deposit window. In the Checkbook EFT Receivables Options window there is no option available for receivable EFT deposit number only available for purchasing in Checkbook EFT Payable Options window.

Hi,

You can try this.

Pull up your Checkbook in the Checkbook Maintenance window (Cards | Financial | Checkbook) then click the EFT Bank button. In the Checkbook EFT Bank Maintenance window, click Receivables Option.

In the Checkbook EFT Receivables Options window, you should see your EFT Payment Number.
