I'm trying to set up Gift Receipts. I have followed all of the steps and instructions provided in Store Ops Manager Help, as well as on this forum, but no matter how many times I upload my existing receipt templates, I get the pop-up box in my POS saying that I must select updated receipt template files in Store Operations Manager.
All of our system's original receipt templates were coded by the retail sales company that sold us our POS software - so do I have to go back to them and have them create an entirely different receipt template in order to get this to work? I'm hoping that I have missed a step here, or that there is a different method that I could try.
