Business Central Integration with Third Party/E-commerce

Dear Expert,

Anyone can explain how to integrate business central with third party/E-commerce, Can we fetch Metadata or using API, is there any document or steps can share or suggest.

I tried this way to fetch the metadata and got the all objects in xml and saved it but when I do connection with Business central and E-commerce, not able to connect.

https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/tenantID/Sandbox/ODataV4/$metadata

Can anyone tell me the missing parameters as I follow below procedure of F&O.

<add key="ActiveDirectoryResource" value="https:?
<add key="ActiveDirectoryTenant" value="https: ?
