Is there a way to get the list of all records, which have the current items in its subgrid

For example, I have an entity called Opportunity and it can have lot of Suppliers added in its subgrid

So when I open up a Supplier Entity, is there a way to pull all Opportunities that have the current Supplier in its subgrid?

It depends on how you've setup the relationships. If you have a many-many relationship between the opportunity and supplier entities, then the simplest option is to add a sub-grid to the supplier form that will show all related opportunities

I think between Opportunity and Supplier you would normally have N:N relationship. You can have more than one supplier for an opportunity and a supplier could be associated with multiple opportunities.

Yes you can drop a sub-grid on supplier to display all the opportunities depending on how you setup the relationship between Opportunity and Supplier
