Error when trying to create a sales invoice (Validation Results Please attach a document first."

Hi,

For one customer (not all) when trying to create a new sales invoice I get the  following error "Validation Results Please attach a document first."   I have no idea why I am getting this error for a customer and not others.  I am currently trying to enter in a manual invoice No when the error appears.  (See screen shot)
