Standard cost Pending price can not be activated

Hello,

Please see the screen shot below. My item model group is standard (I checked it's not only the name. But also Inventory model group = Standard cost) .

Item is also turned on for 'Use cost price by variant'.

But I can't get the 'Active pending price(s)' button enabled to activate the pending cost prices.

What am I missing here?

Check that the Costing Version has the flag "Block Activation" non ticked.
