Ihave the following error in GP10 "Duplicate error in Recon tables for deposit transaction"

Please provide more detail about your issue.
This has been a common issue in previous versions of Dynamics GP, GP 8 and 9. There was a support article for it Article ID: 923138. Although, the main essence of the support article is to get to the latest service pack available. In your case, the support article doesn't apply since you indicated that you are on GP 10.
To ensure that we are on the right track, can you please provide the GP version number as shown on the log in window of Dynamics GP.

Im on version 10.00.1701
AS I have said previously, I have seen this issue in old versions, primarily (8 and 9). It was resolved with the upgrade to the latest GP version.
In GP 10, this is not supposed to be an issue. Therefore, I do believe you could post your inquiry to MS Connect . It would absolutely help you figure out the problem and find suitable resolution.
