Hello Shift,
"ApplyTo Document" means that, invoices of RM_transaction which is posted and there field is document number. That document number is treat as a "Apply to document no" in window Apply sales documents
Means that which invoice you apply as payment/ credit memo / return

In the example of the RM20201 table that you specified, the ApplyFrom field is the credit (i.e. payment) document and the ApplyTo is the debit (i.e. invoice) document.
