I'm a new GP user (I had never heard of Dynamics GP 2 months ago), and am trying to resolve an issue for a customer, and haven't been able to find a reference to this error message anywhere. When the customer tries to delete items that have been marked as discontinued from their database they receive a pop-up on the screen with the following message:
"This item exists on a stock count and cannot be deleted until it is removed from all stock counts."
Does anyone know why this message appears, and how I resolve it?
