Rapid Migration Tool (Peachtree) stalls at "Chart of Accounts Migration Segment Existing Account

We are useing rapid migration tools 2.0 to migrate Peachtree 2009 data to GP. The RMT stalls at the "Chart of Accounts Migration - Segment Exsiting Account" The fields we need to access are grayed out except the bottom. Any ideas
