Why my colleague cannot see the workflow which I have created and working fine for me . he s having all access like read write etc

    Open the workflow and in administrator tab add the user over there and check.

    In which screen he/she can not see?

    Yes he have same security role and scope is organization

    Ensure your colleague has the same security role as your's and the workflow scope is set to organization.
