I have an issue with time formats in Dynamic spreadsheets. When I share them with other people in the company, the format somehow changes for some rows after they refresh the file. Excel then displays the content incorrectly. Even when the users manually change the column formatting accordingly, it makes no difference. However, if I refresh again it displays correctly for me. Could this be due to the fact that we are an international organisation and the different countries have different formats per default in Excel?
As can be seen in the below example, some rows are displayed correctly (the dates), while some are confusingly just a bunch of numbers.
