Can you start a customer journey with a record updated tile? If so, how would you do this?

    Hi kfaradie,

Yes, you can start a customer journey with the record updated file.  You need to make sure to fill in all of the properties and the record tile has to key back to contact in order for them to be added to the journey.  You can also use both a segment and a record in a journey if you wish, it will combine the audience of the two.  Here is a sample of a simple email journey that has the contact added to the journey when the contact is created on a lead record.

    Good luck!

    Hi Megan,

I had the same requirement, I tried to start journey with Record updated tile and it never worked for me. The customer journey is live and I created a new lead and it never attached the contact to the journey. Any suggestions?
