"Profile Id is required. Update has been cancelled." Unable to set up warehouse worker for mobile device.

I am unable to add a mobile device user. The set password form pops up. After providing a password, it throws an error : "Profile Id is required. Update has been cancelled." Please do tell me which profile id is being asked.

Make sure user have a relation setup to the worker account.

In Warehouse management parameters, check that you have a Location profile set for the User location.

Hi Vipin ,

Put debugger in Table > WMSLocation > checkLocationProfile ()

You will get more information .

Hi Guy Terry,

Thx for responding. Already checked it. Also created a new location profile which wasn't used anywhere. Still the same problem. I checked all set ups, couldn't find anything wrong. Syncing the db & AOS restart did the job. Its working fine now.
