Issue with designing a report in Micrsoft RMS 2.0

Hello,

I am designing a report on RMS 2.0 Head quarter Manager.

I am modifying Detail sales report to include sales rep name.

Though the sales rep name is showing  but wrongly.

for eaxample:

Store ID    Item     Qty    Sales    sales rep

11             Abo        4      30000     olayin

11         Efe             3       7000         Femi

 

It  happens that the femi is not a sales rep in sotre ID 11.

But one thing i notice is that the two sales rep have the same ID in sales Rep table.

 

Please i do i resolve this issue such that the sales rep will be showing correctly.

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for posting your report question.

    You did not state how you were linking the SalesRep table into the Detailed Sales report; but if this is HQ I would assume you would want to use something similar to:

         LEFT JOIN   SalesRep ON TransactionEntry.SalesRepID = SalesRep.ID

     AND TransactionEntry.StoreID = SalesRep.StoreID

    Please let me know if this answers your question.
