How do I add current Opportunities as a tab on the Accounts Form? Do I need to create a relationship first? (isn't there already a relationship created for this)??

Opportunities and accounts are related OOB and they are shown as a sub-grid on the account form. By default teh recent opportunities are shown but you can change the sub-grid properties and select any view that you want.
There is already a link between account and opportunities.
You can see the open opportunities by opening an account and then clicking the small down arrow on the control bar next to the account name.
You will then see you can select opportunities and then this shows you the opportunities related to that account.
If you want to show these opportunities on the account form then you need to add a subgrid on the account form and then show all the opportunities related to the account
