NAV2009 Bank Rec -including the following month outstanding cheques

Posted on by 5

We are trying to complete our February bank rec.  We have the proper date of 2/28/22 set for the statement end date, but NAV is pulling in the cheques that were written/posted in the month of March -so we cannot reconcile.  Any advice on how to correct this?

Thank you!

When you Suggest Lines, enter the date range as ..02/28/22, This stops checks and deposits after Feb 28th from populating into the bank rec.

    Wendi,

Marco is correct though you should be able to ask your Partner for support and assistance. I have not seen this issue so I would recommend contacting the Partner to debug. One thought, make sure the suggest has the date filter ..02/28/22.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello,

As you may know Dynamics NAV 2009 went out of support. So I hope someone will be able to provide you with an answer. Best probably is to write down some sort of repro scenario in standard Dynamics NAV so that anyone can perhaps help you with this configuration challenge.

    Thank you.
