Main Account - Close type

Hi,

When I add a new main account, I can't change the close type as it is greyed out. I am having Sys Admin rights. Please let me know the reason behind it. I am able to do this is the other 2 entities but not in one of them. My environment has 3 legal entities.

Hi,

Can you please tell which countries does this companies are in.

Maybe it is because of the country spesific issue.

Hi,

Seems this field is for Public sector companies. Can you check whether public sector configuration key is enabled for other 2 companies and not for this company?

All three entities are US based and have a same address.

Hi Billlu and Prem,

Can you please let me know the navigation path for checking the pubulic sector parameter. I couldn't find any such thing.
