my code is

TempBlob.CreateOutStream(Ostream);

OStreamText := base64.FromBase64(FromStream);

Ostream.Write(OStreamText);

//Ostream.Write(ResponseText);

//filemanagement.BLOBExport(TempBlob, 'Test.', true);

TempBlob.CreateInStream(IStream);
